A. Council Resolution #126 of 2007 authorizing the City Treasurer to purchase all outstanding tax liens that remain unpaid at the time of the 2007 City of Auburn tax sale on behalf of the City of Auburn.
B. Financial Resolution #127 of 2007 amending the Proposed 2007-2008 City of Auburn Budget.
C. Financial Resolution #128 of 2007 authorizing adoption of the City Manager’s Recommended Budget for 2007-2008.
D. Council Resolution #129 of 2007 approving a Consolidated Fee Schedule.
E. Council Resolution #130 of 2007 awarding the bid of eleven (11) parking kiosks for the Downtown Renovation Project to Ber-National of Syracuse, New York, in the amount of $83,842.00 to be charged to Account #HA 8020.440.DW.
F. Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program Resolution #131 of 2007 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of water lines on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program.
G. Sidewalk Resolution #132 of 2007 authorizing financing of sidewalks for property owners to pay for in conjunction with their taxes on the 2006 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.
H. Sidewalk Resolution #133 of 2007 authorizing the financing of sidewalks for a Downtown Improvement Project area property owner to pay for in conjunction with his taxes on the Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.
I. Council Resolution #134 of 2007 requesting assistance of the United States Congressman Michael Arcuri and Senators Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton, to intervene with the Social Security Administration to keep the Auburn office open and staffed for the benefit of Auburn and Cayuga County citizens.
J. Council Resolution #135 of 2007 authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids to purchase and/or lease a fire engine.
